Stress placed on the body can upset the spinal cord and disrupt the signals between the brain and body. This disruption can lead to the manifestation of disease and painful conditions all over the body. At HealthStar Clinic, we specialize in providing chiropractic adjustments to help reduce painful conditions that can occur in the back, neck, shoulders, and legs.
These adjustments are used to re-align and position the spine by using a quick gentle push on the targeted spinal joint. This is often performed using the chiropractor’s hands or a small chiropractic instrument. This movement places the spinal column back into proper alignment which allows the body to naturally heal itself.
Our facility uses a team approach of Medical Doctors, Chiropractors, Nurses, and Physical Therapists. This allows us to determine the best course of treatment that fits into a responsible approach to managing pain. This responsible approach works to avoid all surgical options and minimize the need for prescription medication. This is achieved with the combination of Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, and Conventional Medicine. We invest in the latest medical technologies to help accurately pinpoint the cause of your pain to develop an individualized treatment plan that will successfully manage many of the most difficult pain conditions. By sticking to our core values, our practice has grown to be one of the best in Alabama.
