I had sciatic pain on my right lower back a year ago and CT scan showed herniated disc. It went away after a month. But last week, I had this severe pain worse than my right back coz this time on my left back. No back scan this time but was prescribed with high dose ibuprofen which eases the pain for few hours only. What can you do for me
